Finding the right therapist is a personal decision. I welcome you to contact me for a free initial 15-minute telephone call or virtual session to consider if counselling might be helpful for you. This initial conversation will give you the opportunity to ask any questions, find out more about how I work and share what has brought you to counselling. We can also consider practicalities such as fees, availability and times of sessions.
Reaching out can be a difficult step to take and this is a space to explore how we might work together and to see if I feel like the right therapist for you. There is no obligation or commitment to proceed further. It is important you find the support you need and a therapist who you feel comfortable working alongside.

Everyone's preference for counselling is different. I offer sessions either face-to-face or online and we can discuss the options available to decide which one feels right for you.
I can offer a set number of sessions or open ended, longer term counselling, depending on your needs.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are typically weekly. To provide consistency in our work, you will ideally be able to commit to a regular appointment slot. This regularity allows us to build the therapeutic relationship required to support you effectively.
Our work together will be reviewed periodically, as your needs may change as the therapy progresses.
